How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return.
- 2Click "Return Item"
Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason.
- 3Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address at no extra cost.
- 4Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
